The 3rd JUNO meeting will be held on Jan. 13-15, 2014, in Kaiping, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province. 

Venue 

The meeting will be held in the Ever Joint Hotel in Kaiping city. (also called Kaiping Tanjiang Hotel) The experimental site of JUNO is about 30 km from the city. Local map and pictures can be found here. 

Registration 

Please register on the IHEP indico conference page (http://indico.ihep.ac.cn/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=3726). There is no registration fee for this meeting. We will book the hotel according to your choice at registration. 

Agenda 

The talks and discussions will be in two days. Experimental site tour takes a half day. A Diaolou (Watch Towers) sightseeing might be of interest for the other half day. Details will be determined later.

Transportation 

Public transportation to the conference site is available. For your convenience, we are planning the pickup at the Guangzhou airport. Details will be announced later, depending on the arrival time of participants, especially international participants. 

1) Hong Kong airport to Kaiping. There is shuttle bus to Kaiping directly (at 7:15, 8:00, 8:30, 12:30, 13:30, 15:00, 18:30). The distance is 210 km, or 2 hours and 45 minutes drive. But you will pass through the Shenzhen boarder station, where you need to get off the bus and walk across customs with you luggage. The total duration is about 4.5 hours. It will be shortened by 1 hour after 2016 when the Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai bridge complete. 

2) Guangzhou airport to Kaiping. We are planning pickup. It takes 2 hours drive to Kaiping (153 km). Frankfort, Paris, Amsterdam, Moscow, Los Angles, and Tokyo have non-stop flights to Guangzhou. You may also take a taxi from Guangzhou airport to Kaiping, which costs about 100 USD.  

3) Other nearby cities with airport include Macau, Shenzhen, Zhuhai. All are around 2 hours drive.
